Tushaco has been manufacturing
Positive Displacement Pumps since 1968 and is considered to be one of
the leading names in India and abroad. Tushaco is also credited with
the introduce of several new designs of pumps for the first time in
the country. Some of them being : Shuttle Block Pumps, Rotary Trocoidal
Internal Gearing Principle RT series, Three Screw and Twin Screw Pumps.
The "RT" series was already a revolutionary design compared
to the conventional external gear pumps which brought in bold changes
for the benefit of all.

and free application engineering know how.
With vast experience gained
over the years, Tushaco now brings a new monoblock series of close coupled
pumps of the proven RT series as a step towards more compact and more
reliable products.
The new RT - BP series
has greater advantages than the standard RT pumps :

hence compact installation

position - horizontal or vertical.

Mechanical shaft seal

dismantle and re - assemble.

Only four major components
- pumps housing, rear cover, rotor set and mechanical seal - enables
easy dismantling and servicing in place.

Elimination of bearing
within the pumps contributes to longer service life as the pumping
fluid cannot cause any wear and tear to the rotors which is directly
mounted on the motor shaft.
